We are pleased to offer shipping to most international destinations. Below is our base shipping rates for international orders. However, please note that the actual shipping rate will depend on the destination country of the order. Although Enclave makes every effort to minimize its international shipping charges; in the event that the shipping rate for your order exceeds the base rate, the higher rate will apply and you will be contacted before the order is shipped.
PLEASE NOTE: Please be aware that shipping charges do not include international taxes or duties. Contact the customs office in the destination country for information about any applicable duties or taxes. If an order is placed on shopenclave.com and then refused, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping the package. These amounts will be subtracted from your merchandise store credit. Also, we are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.

RETURNS
Items generally ship within 3 business days. Enclave gladly accepts returns for all unworn/unwashed and unaltered items, postmarked and shipped within 10 days of the original ship date from Enclave with all original tags attached, less the initial shipping charges, for Store Credit Only. Please Note: Store Credit never expires and can be used at any time, towards any purchase. The original ship date can be found on your shipping box label or in your shipment confirmation email (That’s the one with your tracking number). Items must be returned in their original packaging. This includes hangers, plastic bags, hang tags on garments, shoe boxes, and dust bags, where applicable.
Some items are *final sale*, please view the individual product page for any return exceptions. These will be clearly marked and are not available for return or exchange. At Enclave, we are committed to selling only first-quality, genuine designer fashions. To that end, we employ several quality inspections before an item is shipped. Should you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us by phone at 480.704.4753 or email us at contact@shopenclave.com within 2 days of receiving the order, to be eligible for a return. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to you and no credit will be issued.
